Child and Adolescent’s Center (C.A.C.) is a civil non-profit company founded at Chios in March 1996.

Since November 2005, C.A.C. is a specially certified provider of Social Care, in accordance with the decision of the Greek Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity.

Since November 2012, C.A.C. is verified to be managerially capable to compete in undertaking European projects NSRF 2007 -2013, according to the decision no 3764/09.11.2012 of the Greek Special Service of Health and Social Solidarity Sector.

The main objective of the company is the provision and development of mental health services in accordance with the spirit of the social and community Psychiatry such as: Prevention, early Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation, Research, planning and implementation of public health programs as well as community education and sensitization in the fields of mental health and special education.
